A family friendlyprogram shaping young men and women into exemplary students and citizens who get better grades at school and go further in life than boys and girls who are not involved with scouting.
Meetings regularly on Thursday nights from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm aligning with the school year. Our Pack is open to boys and girls from all local schools: Bedminster Elementary, Deibler Elementary, Seylar Elementary, and others. Any K to 5th grade boy or girl from any school is welcome!
It was a beautiful sunday HIKE and adventure at Ringing Rocks today! Over 20 scouts gathered in buddy groups, hiked exactly 1 mile, took a couple breaks to stop and actually take in the scenery and nature, observed water flowing over Bucks County’s tallest waterfall ~15ft, and then explored the boulder field with hammers making music. We enjoyed a snack and lunch out in the boulders and made sure to pack out everything we brought in. The weather was perfect and the scouts and siblings did a fantastic job at following the rules, being safe, and hopefully having fun! Our new blaze orange sweatshirts made it easy to know where people were! ... See MoreSee Less
November Pack meeting included a “Fur” program presented by Pennsylvania Game Comission Wildlife Officer: Shawna Burkett who taught us about local animal habitats, diets, and other interesting facts. She brought in animal pelts and antlers that were passed around to the scouts.

2022 - Cub Scout Pack 196 kick off event “Down on the Farm” was a success! It was a beautiful night and we had an awesome turnout.
The scouts, siblings, and families learned farming knowledge from out local farmer Dean, operatir of Spiral Ash Farm from the 1800s, played as a cowboys, milked cows, searched for scout clues in the needle in a haystack, got dirty making and eating mud pies, made some crafts, and signed their name on the pack Jeep!
The Tigers won first place in the haystack search and earned an ice cream party presented by Chris Haber!
It was a great event where everyone had fun, especially the parents at the end that competed in the hay search for a 50$ credit towards dues (Congrats Casey!). Thank you to all the parents and leaders who helped out and put in the time and effort to make each station awesome! We and the kids appreciate you!
We are looking forward to the start of den meetings and exciting upcoming adventures and events! Please share any of your own photos/videos! ... See MoreSee Less
